G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode : 9 "Tripwire's Lament"

This was a more solem episode and it's really meant to shine a spotlight on Tripwire's character a little bit. This stuff will all play out later on down the line in the series.

I really enjoy this episode for two reasons. 1) It shows how the physical body of a toy is both fragile and somewhat easy to replace and 2) We get a nice chunk of backstory for Tripwire.

Tripwire is one of the Joe's I got from my cousin Johnny's childhood collection and he came to me fully intact minus his equipment. Then one day I tried putting him on a figure stand and his right foot just shattered like glass. I kept these Joes in the attic for a long time and that extreme heat and extreme cold doesn't do good things to plastic. That's when I got around to swapping his lower legs out with a later re-issue Tripwire.

This episode was initially planned to be episode 7 but after the last 2 panels of episode 6, I wanted to pivot the camera towards Cobra Commander and his army a little bit.

G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode 35: "To go boldly..."

Man a LOT of time has lapsed between putting new episodes of the comic up hasn't it? Episode 34 debuted on July 7th 2022 and episode 35 wouldn't debut until December 31st 2022- and exactly thirty minutes from midnight to boot! Alot of insanity has cropped up in my personal life prohibiting me from doing more photo shoots and progressing the story as I wanted it to, but from chaos comes order (so to speak). Episode 35 is monumental because it's the start of a new concurrent story arc that will be taking place parallel to the " The Rescue of Deep Six " story arc I've been showing since 2021. G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode : 30 "Dreadnoks: Toy Scalpers"

What? More Dreadnoks hijinks with Road Pig and Cyrus Borg?? Don't threaten me with a good time! We find Road Pig and Cyrus entering the Flight Hanger of The Deep to go out in search of more living toys to capture. There was a BUNCH of things that got clipped off due to the square frame of Instagram, like the Aero-Viper working on the front module of the Cobra Condor Z25 . I didn't show any more of it as, well if you have never seen the Cobra Condor up close the thing is like a pickaxe. It's HUGE. The entire jet would have eclipsed the hanger set, but as I wanted to show some of it, I opted go show just the front half. Here is an unused shot of the Aero-Viper possibly talking to Road Pig and Cyrus as they walk by, but it was cut as it really wasn't necessary. G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode : 20 "The Fall of Destro (Part 2)"

Man we are just 20 episodes in and there is still more crazy stuff to show off yet. This next episode is where I tried to kick things up a notch and really showcase how my version of Cobra Commander is not to be underestimated. The entire point of this episode was to show just who this toy of Cobra Commander really is as a villian. Writing for villainous leaders can be extremely "cookie-cutter" and its hard to not get sucked into certain tropes ( although I did ape a line from Thanos.. ). When writing his backstory I made sure to keep some traits about his personality at the forefront: Ruthless, No-Nonsense and Efficient. This Cobra Commander doesn't needlessly kill his minions or troops as it's a waste of resources. He doesn't rule through fear, more so through unity. He and everyone else are Cobra...
