G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode : 10 "Wake Up Call (Part 1)"

This small 2-part episode is very important because it was my way to show to the readers how The Secret World of Toyeboxia RPG universe works a little bit more. I've gradually been showing bits and pieces of things to pain this larger picture and episode 10 and 11 are VERY crucial parts of that.

As normal, click the photos to enlarge them for easier viewing and check after the last photo for director commentary and deleted scenes!

I was so excited to get the Raider and the Retaliator helicopter vehicles. It was a combination of always wanting them AND that they would be very useful for the Joes of G.I. Joe: 3.75 Division. Hot Seat and Updraft, cool code names not withstanding, have really awesome outfits and helmets so they won me over easily.

This episode was originally going to be Episode 7, but I wanted to pivot away from Captain Grid-Iron's team for a few episodes and show what Cobra Commander's group was up to.

Below is the original 1st panel for this episode, with 7 as the episode number:

This next panel isn't anything insanely different, but it's on the Instagram posting of it. I realized after it was too late that the word bubble for Captain Grid-Iron was the wrong color.

This next photo was removed because I wanted a scene with Captain Grid-Iron looking excited to see a Joe from the same year he was made as him. Problem was there wasn't enough space to include it, so I had to cut it out.

Onto the next episode!

G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode 35: "To go boldly..."

Man a LOT of time has lapsed between putting new episodes of the comic up hasn't it?  Episode 34 debuted on July 7th 2022 and episode 35 wouldn't debut until December 31st 2022- and exactly thirty minutes from midnight to boot!  Alot of insanity has cropped up in my personal life prohibiting me from doing more photo shoots and progressing the story as I wanted it to, but from chaos comes order (so to speak). Episode 35 is monumental because it's the start of a new concurrent story arc that will be taking place parallel to the " The Rescue of Deep Six " story arc I've been showing since 2021.  I'm really enjoying this other story arc and I hope you all well too. As usual, click the photos to enlarge them for easier viewing and check after the last photo for some more Director's commentary! Okay fun Fact? I totally didn't remember that the first episode of this series was titled "To bodly go...", so it's rather appropriate that this ne...

G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode : 30 "Dreadnoks: Toy Scalpers"

What? More Dreadnoks hijinks with Road Pig and Cyrus Borg?? Don't threaten me with a good time! We find Road Pig and Cyrus entering the Flight Hanger of The Deep  to go out in search of more living toys to capture.  More Director's commentary information after the last panel and make sure to click each image to expand it for easier reading! There was a BUNCH of things that got clipped off due to the square frame of Instagram, like the Aero-Viper working on the front module of the Cobra Condor Z25 . I didn't show any more of it as, well if you have never seen the Cobra Condor up close the thing is like a pickaxe. It's HUGE. The entire jet would have eclipsed the hanger set, but as I wanted to show some of it, I opted go show just the front half.  Here is an unused shot of the Aero-Viper possibly talking to Road Pig and Cyrus as they walk by, but it was cut as it really wasn't necessary.  I ended up selling the Cobra Condor Z25 off in 2022 because it just didn't ...

G.I. Joe- 3.75 Division Episode : 20 "The Fall of Destro (Part 2)"

Man we are just 20 episodes in and there is still  more crazy stuff to show off yet.  This next episode is where I tried to kick things up a notch and really showcase how my version of Cobra Commander is not  to be underestimated.  The same as the previous 19 episodes, click the photos to enlarge them for easier viewing and check after the last photo for some more Director's commentary!! The entire point of this episode was to show just who this toy of Cobra Commander really is as a villian. Writing for villainous leaders can be extremely "cookie-cutter" and its hard to not get sucked into certain tropes ( although I did  ape a line from Thanos.. ). When writing his backstory I made sure to keep some traits about his personality at the forefront: Ruthless, No-Nonsense and Efficient. This Cobra Commander doesn't needlessly kill his minions or troops as it's a waste of resources. He doesn't rule through fear, more so through unity. He and everyone else are Cobra...
